Telkom LTE problem with IP address

Im visiting websites that require a login password, One website specifically is hetzner.co.za. The session doesnt last a few seconds and it kicks me out on almost every request.

I called hetzer and the problem is apparently with Telkom LTE's service that changes the IP address.

They said I should contact Telkom and request an unrestricted APN on my router.

Is there anyway i can do this myself because Telkom takes forever to answer their calls and im guessing they will probably not know what Im talking about.

From experience with Telkoms service center, they send you from pillar to post until you just end up cutting the call and giving up.
