If the sim card has been registered (fica'd) onto your name you can go in-store to the relevant service provider with your ID, if the number has not been re-issued, they might be able to reactivate it onto a new sim card.
You can also try a try a sim swap.
For a sim swap, you will need a new un-registered sim card from the same network provider. Once you have a the sim card, call the call center and they will assist you with a sim swap.
