If someone turns 16 years later in a year can that person write his learners too or must they they until they are already 16?

You will not be allowed to book your learners if you arent already 16 years old.

For motorcycle learners you have to be at least 16 years old to write the learners and this in only for motorcycles with an engine of 125 cc or less.

For motorcar license you need to be 17 years old to book class 2 learners
