Heavy brakes
In South Africa what types of breaks does a heavy vehicle compulsory to have? (Emergency or service breaks) Is there a law that governs noise a vehicle produce? Heavy vehicles are they required to have spotlights on them?

In actual fact, These are the questions I got stuck with yesterday writing my learner's test which I painfully failed. I was writing for heavy vehicle(3).I needed 2 correct answers to make me pass as per Rule questions - 20/28, 27/28 and 8/8.
Is there specific study material to use for heavy vehicle? All the study material at my disposal did not treat some questions relating to heavy vehicle.
