USSD code for device setup

I have done a sim swap. On the new sim it still shows the old device info and description. I have removed the new sim from the new device, and only re insert after 5min. Still not asking or saying th you have inserted your sim in a new device, you will soon receive device settings? Is there any ussd that can be run for the new device settings?
