Why is everyone making a big deal about rain mobile ? R50 a GB is over priced. Cells and Telkom has deals for R10 a gb what am I missing ?

CellC is only R10.00 per GB if you buy 200 Gigs for R1999.00, its also only valid for 1 year.
If you dont use it, you lose it.

CellC's individual per GB price is R149.00
Telkom Mobile's products are more or less the same.

At the moment, they offer the cheapest per GB rate.
They charge you per MB, if you only used 200mb, you will only pay R10.00.
If you buy any product from them, they give you an unlimited amount of data to test out the network for free:
If you buy a sim only for R120.00 you get unlimited data for 15 days once off
If you buy an entry level model for R840.00 you get unlimited data for 30 days once off
If you buy MIFI modem for R1540.00 you get unlimited data for 45 days once off
If you buy a Huawei Y7 for R3000.00 you get unlimited data for 60 days once off
If you buy a Huawei P20 lite for R4600.00 you get unlimited data for 60 days once off

Most importantly, for R250.00pm you get unlimited data between 11pm (before mid-night) until 6pm (around sunset).
