Please assist urgently

I found out yesterday that my car was reported stolen in Oct 2020.

Someone else's car has the same car licences CG32CPGP as me. Their car was stolen but not mine, but both kn SA Police record.

I retrieved my vehicle updat (22 Jan 2021) from the South African Police Vehicle Identification and Safe Guarding in Aeroton today.

I will need to obtain Clearance from Langlaagte Traffic Department wuth 21 days from today.
